Everyone who takes a music team survey this month will be entered to win one of two prize boxes with a $100 gift card as well as artist merch, like a Maverick City Music sweatshirt and trucker hat, all made possible thanks to Tribl Records, Fair Trade Services and BEC Recordings. Sign up now, and you'll be taken right into the first survey. It will remain open until the next survey goes out on the 16th, and the next survey will follow suit and remain open until the 30th. Make sure you take that third survey on the 30th though, because we're randomly drawing the two winners on May 1st.
Both prize boxes will have a Maverick City Music sweatshirt, trucker hat and a $100 gift card. There will be one unique prize in each box – one will have a Phil Wickham vinyl and the other will have a Rhett Walker trucker hat.
Please note that the surveys that will count as entries are the surveys that go out on 4/2*, 4/16, and 4/30. For the third entry to count, it must be taken on 4/30. Each person is only allowed to take each survey one time. Prize box winners will be required to fill out a Form W-9 in order to receive the gift card. Both winners will be randomly drawn from all entries on May 1st and notified through email. *For those signing up for the first time on 4/1, taking that survey (which officially launches 4/2) counts as the first entry. It is the same survey that is officially sent out on 4/2.
