This is a 13 week seminar for people who have lost someone they loved due to death. There is a video that we watch each week on different topics related to what you experience as you go through your grief journey. Then we discuss the video and answer any questions that you have. There is a workbook so you can take notes during the video. There also are daily exercises in the workbook to help you between sessions.
