If music is one of your passions, you need to share your opinions with us in this special Shine.FM music survey. This comprehensive survey gives you a chance to voice your opinion on 300 songs. Some of them you hear every day, some not so often, some not at all. We hope you’ll share how you feel about all of them! The results of this survey will have a direct influence on Shine.FM’s music programming for a long time to come.

Those who are already a part of the Shine.FM Music Team have the survey in your inbox (sent February 1st). If you are not a current member of the Shine.FM Music Team, sign up for free and you’ll be immediately directed into taking this big survey! You will also receive future Shine.FM Music Team surveys!
While taking this big survey, keep in mind that you can leave and log back in later to continue. Log out and log back in as many times as you wish. The survey remembers where you left off. Of course, if you have time, please complete it all at once.
This special survey is open all February long, and the gift card winners will be randomly drawn and notified by email by 10 AM CT/11 AM EST on Monday, March 2. Gift cards will only be awarded to the winners upon receipt of a W-9. Only one completed survey is allowed per person. Employees, agents and immediate family members of Olivet Nazarene University (parent company of Shine.fm), its advertising agencies, sponsors, affiliates and representatives are not eligible to win the gift card. Immediate family members include spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren whether by current marriage, past marriage, adoption or as in-laws. Employees of Fair Trade Services are also not allowed to win the gift card. Prizes will only be awarded to those who are 12 and older.
